| !NEW ENTRY AFTER 5 MONTHS! First of all, do you wonder what made me want to write a new entry after a long period of time? Following are some of the reasons! 1) One of my classes today is cancelled :) (this makes only French for today for me! Yay!) 2) The only one class for tomorrow is cancelled :) (this makes no school day tomorrow for me! Yay! Yay!) 3) The day after tomorrow is a Japanese National Holiday :) (this makes two no school days in a row! Yay! Yay! Yay!) 4) Although it was a awful rainy day yesterday, it is a fine day today! And so on... !Photo Collection!
World Volleyball Series: Japan V.S. Costa Rica: 3-0!, to be honest the game between Korea and Poland was more fun to watch. It was a very exciting seesaw game!
My friend got this for free for her birthday, the drink which glows in the dark! So cool, huh?! (the trick is a glowing cube in the glass, but it took us so long to find it out...)
See you later! | | |
| My volleyball club members (at least more than 60!) went out last night and had a drinking party, followed by another afterwards :) The first one was fun and I talked with people whom I didn't know much but the second one... not so much probably because I wasn't being very sociable. Well such things occur sometimes!
Well, talking of a thing more valuable, I watched "The Constant Garderner." You know this movie?

It was so deep and moving. Not just the love between them, but theTessa's faith and her courage are so strong. I definitely respect her as a person and I want to be as strong as her.
By the way, I watched this movie alone, and (believe it or not) I felt very mature.
| I watched the soccer game last night and sign... Japan lost 3 to 0... Well being positive thinking (which I'm really good at!), a miracle may happen that Japan beats Brazil!!! (like what heppened in the World Baseball Classic where Japan so luckily went to the final and won the tournament!)
I'm planning to try the first "alone-movie-watching in theatre" tomorrow. Is it too lonely? Then I might ask some friends... Hummm...
:) I had a haircut! My hair is really short now :)
I just watched felitie's photos of Hoi Ah senior-trip! They were wonderful!
| !Welcome-the-freshmen-volleyball-trip-to-Gunma! (May 2nd to 5th)
(I joined a volleyball club at university, by the way)
And my PINK TEAM <3 It's another name was "Mangetsu-team" (meaning "Full-moon") just because one guy's last name was Mangetsu. So we were doing the "mangetsu-pose" there! A funny, funny team, really!

We had all kinds of dances to dance when we got a point and when we lost a point in a game and below are just a part of it!

P.S I'm recently thinking whether I should cut my hair really short...
| "First Entry as a Freshman"
Things New that I tried in past 2 weeks...
1) Learning Francais: why doesn't French let us read as a word tells us to???
2) Translation Tests: I'm definitely lacking in both Japanese and English vocab...
3) Visits to Izakaya (a Japanese drinking place): Parties (and curfew extension)! Something that I had waited for a long time!
4) Learning psycology as a minor: Lots of amazing facts...
I'm certainly able to enjoy myself being in a new environment. "New" brings me excitement, such as new friends, new teachers, new places etc... But ironically "new" has the ever so influential power to remind me of "old." I'm glad to have memories to remember whenever I need them :)
